Whether you want to fly on the coast or enjoy advanced mountain flying, our country has excellent sites and many days of favourable weather conditions.
Spring and autumn are the best seasons of the year to fly. However, it is also possible to fly in winter: the days before and after the rain often provide excellent flying conditions. Our most common flying sites are located in the Lisbon region, but we also have other options such as the western coast, the Alentejo coast, or mountain sites such as Serra da Estrela or Castelo de Vide.

Ideal for advanced pilots (IPPI5) who want to discover mountain flying sites or improve their thermal and cross-country skills.
