AMX 2 Harness

The AMX 2 is an aerodynamic, robust harness with a bold design for leisure and cross-country pilots who want strong dorsal and side protection, comfort and high-performance piloting. In addition to the features expected from a high-performance harness, it has two reserve-parachute compartments.

The new protector meets safety standards more efficiently and creates a lower-volume harness compared with other models with similar characteristics. Comfort is increased through the footrest and a new geometry for distributing pilot weight in the harness, improving piloting response.

Technical Data

Available sizes: S, M, L, XL and XXL. Seat width ranges from 31 cm to 39 cm. Seat length ranges from 35 cm to 43 cm. Connection-point height ranges from 41 cm to 45 cm. Weight ranges from 4.5 kg to 5.2 kg, including back protector, side protection, footrest and seat board.

Materials

Since 1991, SOL has produced and followed the evolution of materials and products. Our experience leads us to choose materials carefully, ensuring excellent durability and a high level of safety. All SOL harnesses are manufactured in SOL's own factory.

• Fabrics: Cordura, high-tenacity nylon and ripstop, according to model.
• Buckles and hardware: ISR-KS Dural Leg Buckle, ISR-KS Dural V Buckle, Nautos/Holt or equivalent SOL-selected hardware.
• Webbing: premium high-tenacity polyester or polyamide, 1200/1600 kgf depending on model.
• Finishes: Neoprene BR, YKK zip and selected composite parts where applicable.
