Atmus 3 - Catch the Sky

The Atmus 3 is a new project created to succeed one of the most successful paragliders in its class. It consolidates SOL's B-class wing concept with real gains in glide and stability.

The Atmus 3 responds to the needs of pilots evolving in the sport and those who want equipment with an excellent balance between performance, safety and ease of flying.

Flight Characteristics

This is a high-performance paraglider for pilots entering or regularly flying in the class. The project offers a broad speed range with excellent in-flight stability. The Atmus 3 improves on its predecessor in take-off, stability, speed, glide, thermal climb and comfort.

Technologies

The Atmus 3 uses constant pressure technology, three risers, cross rods, laser cutting, hybrid materials, load-distribution tapes, 3D shaping, mini ribs, flexible rods, higher projected aspect ratio, Bow Tec, aerodynamic stabiliser, internal diagonals and seamless stabilisers.

Technical Data

Available sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. The wing has 55 cells in every size. Flat area ranges from 20.44 m² to 32.37 m² and projected area from 17.90 m² to 28.35 m². Flat aspect ratio is 5.38 and projected aspect ratio is 4.12 across all sizes.

The line set uses Liros Dyneema PPSLS, Cousin Vectran and Cousin Technora. Wing weight ranges from 4.7 kg to 7.1 kg. Take-off weight ranges are 55-70 kg, 65-80 kg, 75-90 kg, 85-100 kg, 95-110 kg, 105-125 kg and 120-140 kg. Certified LTF/EN B in the main certified sizes.

Certification

LTF/EN B flight reports, inspection certificates, certification labels and line measurements are available for sizes S, M, L and XL. Certification numbers: PG_1845.2021, PG_1800.2021, PG_1837.2021 and PG_1825.2021. A load test report is also available.

With a three-year warranty, the Atmus 3 is a family of paragliders with class-B performance and passive safety.
