LT 2 - A New Performance Level in Class C

The LT 2 is the successor to the paraglider that brought two-line technology to a wider group of pilots. The major update is that it is now lighter and certified EN C.

It is intended for experienced pilots who have already progressed through categories A and B and are seeking long flights, as well as pilots who regularly fly in C, D or even CCC categories.

Technologies

The LT 2 incorporates SOL's latest technologies and solutions for modern wings, including a more aerodynamic stabiliser, higher-performance profile, greater stability and higher aspect ratio for a significant performance gain. SOL also works to reduce environmental impact through more sustainable materials, processes and waste reuse.

Technical Data

Available sizes: XS, S, M, L and XL. The wing has 66 cells in every size. Flat area ranges from 21.74 m² to 28.74 m² and projected area from 18.71 m² to 24.73 m². Flat aspect ratio is 6.25 and projected aspect ratio is 4.73 across all sizes.

The line set uses Vectran 0.6, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4 and 2.2 mm, and Technora 2.1 mm. Wing weight ranges from 5.1 kg to 6.6 kg. Take-off weight ranges are XS 70-85 kg, S 80-95 kg, M 90-105 kg, L 100-115 kg and XL 110-130 kg. Certification: EN C.

Materials

SOL Paragliders has always been known for durable equipment. The LT 2 is built with a new line configuration, different fabrics and new hardware. It combines modern durable lines for durability, strength and stability, with reduced weight and drag through fewer and thinner lines.
