The Kuat 3 PPG is a specific version for tandem paramotor flights. This established model now has DGAC approval while maintaining its key characteristics: safety, stability and ease of use.

Improvements were also incorporated to increase comfort and piloting efficiency. The already proven refinements in the project, such as optimised line configuration and higher-precision seam finishing, reduce total weight and improve aerodynamic performance while remaining aligned with current global technology standards.

The Kuat 3 PPG offers easy, controlled take-offs in different wind conditions, excellent in-flight stability and smooth responses, ensuring safety and enjoyment in every operation.

Flight Characteristics

Its new riser emphasises trimmer effectiveness and includes a progressive working system on the A2, B and C elevations. The Kuat 3 PPG offers a wide speed range and increased performance while maintaining the comfort and reliability characteristic of the wing.

Equipped with a 2D brake system, it gives pilots greater precision and a new piloting experience during tandem paramotor flight. Fluidity, precision and comfort are the main characteristics of this new tandem-paramotor wing.

Technologies

The Kuat 3 PPG incorporates SOL's latest technologies and solutions for modern wings, including a more aerodynamic stabiliser, higher-performance profile, greater stability and increased aspect ratio for a significant performance gain. SOL also works to reduce environmental impact through more sustainable materials, processes and waste reuse.

Technical Data

Available sizes: 38, 41 and 44. The wing has 55 cells in every size. Flat area ranges from 36.06 m² to 40.07 m² and projected area from 31.57 m² to 35.08 m². Flat aspect ratio is 5.38 and projected aspect ratio is 4.12 across all sizes.

The line set uses Cousin 1.0 and 2.1 mm, Cousin 988 2.1 mm and Liros Dyneema PPSLS 1.05, 1.2 and 1.58 mm. Wing weight ranges from 7.3 kg to 8.1 kg. Take-off weight ranges are 120-195 kg, 140-210 kg and 150-240 kg. Ideal take-off weights are 160 kg, 175 kg and 190 kg. Certification is DGAC for all sizes.

Materials

SOL Paragliders has always been known for durable equipment. The Kuat 3 PPG is built with a new line configuration, different fabrics and new hardware. It combines PPSLS lines, among the most modern and durable on the market, for durability, strength and stability while reducing weight and drag.
